I appreciate the excursus to Isabella Baumfree a.k.a Sojourner Truth, but I was expecting a continuation of your series on Carmichael!

I will indeed continue my series on Stokely Carmichael’s experiences in the Black Struggle. After that I plan to concentrate on Carmichael’s speeches and his “Black Power Rhetoric”.
Anyways, thanks for this comment. I was actually uncertain if I should interrupt the series on Carmichael for the post on Sojourner Truth, but the author of this post and I agreed to publish the piece on Truth and the International Women’s Day right away because of its currentness.
